All coaches and volunteers in the Minis and Youth sections who come into contact with players on a regular basis need to be Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Registered.

Forms can be collected from Mandi Dyble at the club. You will be asked to provide identity documents with my CRB application form, being either:
- 3 documents (1 group 1 document plus any 2 such from group 1 or 2)
or
- 5 documents from group 2

The same guide contains step-by-step notes on how to fill in the application form, however you should note the following RFU specific notes:
- Section A: Please ensure all details are current and correct. Please note if you have not been at your current address for more than 5 years you must ensure you also complete Section D.
- Section B: Complete
- Section C: 20-27 should only be completed if you have changes either your forenames or surnames. 28-35 should be completed in full
- Section D: This section must be completed in full ONLY if you have lived at your current address for less tan five years. If you had any other addresses within the last five years please include these on a continuation form.
- Sections E and F: As from 8/Jan/2003 it is no longer necessary, please leave blank.
- Section G: Do not complete
- Section H: Please sign both boxes and check box 66.
- Section X: This MUST be completed by the club's SafeGuarding Officer (Justin Hollidge) or delegated Assistant CRB applications verifiers (Jeff Robertson).
- Section Y: Do not complete as this will be done at Twickenham by the RFU.
