1) During the season, for several different reasons you may have to change an existing fixture. If you do, please inform the fixtures secretary, Tony Krasij and also Mandi and Sheila in the club Kitchen.
2) If you cancel a home fixture you may make another home or away fixture for that date. If you cancel an away fixture you may only make another away fixture on that date.
OR:
3) Please confirm with the fixtures secretary before making a home fixture as he will know how many teams are playing at home that day.
4) This year we have, for the first time an U/19 Development squad, which is great but adds to fixture congestion. Although most of the kick offs will be in the afternoon.
5) With the League and cup fixtures venues for both U/17 and U/19 not known until the start of the season. I would suggest that the U/17 and U/19 opt for afternoon Kick Offs when a home League or cup game clashes with more than two other age groups playing at home. This not only alleviates pitch congestion but also changing room congestion as well.
6) The U/17 and U/19 coach/managers must inform the fixtures secretary as soon as they know their League or cup fixtures.
7) It is up to the coach/manager of each individual age group to confirm a fixture. This should be done no later than the Wednesday before the fixture.
8) Please only cancel a fixture for a genuine reason, not like in the past when one age group coach cancelled one because they didn’t want to go through the Dartford tunnel so close to Christmas. Remember who we are here for. The players look forward to games, no matter where they are. Also remember how you feel when you are let down by another club for a home fixture.
9) We will be members of “FIXEX” the fixtures exchange forum again this season. I will inform each coach/manager of the password and user name for this service when we open the new account towards the beginning of the new season. This will enable you to make new fixtures more conveniently.
10) All teams have been allocated pitches or space to train on throughout the season, please adhere to this.
11) At times, especially at the start of the season there will be pitch congestion at the club, please refer to the pitch allocation plan posted in the club for your appropriate age groups training space.
12) When the Minis are at home for either a fixture or training they take preference, with regards to space over youth teams training. It is up to the youth teams to find spare space to train and not to infringe on the Minis.
13) When the Minis are at home training and a youth team has a home fixture pitches will be made available for the fixture/s
