Medway Rugby Football Club

MEMBERSHIP AND PLAYING FEES 2011/12

Club Membership runs from 1st August until 31st July and currently the fees (see note 3) are:

Membership Annual Fee
Club/Family Membership £60
Subs Full Season
Minis (under 6) £20 (see note 1)
Minis (under 7 to through to and including under 12) £35 (see note 1)
Youth (under 13 through to and including under 18) £48 (see note 1)
Men's and Women's Senior Student £48 (see note 2)
Senior Men £121
Senior Women £80

Note 1: Families with more than two players in the Youth and/or Mini sections only pay for the eldest two in these combined sections.

Note 2: Men's and Women's Senior Student playing fees are pegged at the same rate as the Youth section. To qualify for this reduced rate the Club requires a photocopy of relevant proof of full time student status, i.e. a student ID card.

Note 3: For those joining the Club after 31 December the membership and subs fees are half what would normally be due in a full season.

The fees shown are current. Fee increases are discussed and voted on at the club AGM towards the end of each season. If you find it difficult to pay the amounts please contact the Club’s Chairman. All other questions on memberships and/or playing fees should be directed in the first instance to your age group manager (for the Youth and Mini sections) or your team captain/manager (for the Men’s and Ladies sections), or otherwise to the Membership Secretary direct. Contact details for all club officials are available from the MRFC home page.

The club’s preference is for all fees to be paid by standing order, for cash flow management purposes. They can however be alternatively paid by cheque or cash.

Paperwork and money for youth and mini players should be submitted to the respective age group managers for collation and submission to the Membership Secretary (except for the medical forms which the managers should retain). Money and paperwork for all other sections should be submitted to the respective team captain for collation and submission to the Membership Secretary. Those paying by standing order should settle any underpayments by cheque or cash once the new or updated standing order takes effect.
