Medway Rugby Football Club

Welcome to a new season of rugby with MRFC Under 10’s. 

This season sees some changes which hopefully builds on the previous years successes and continues the path for these young players into a future with the great game of rugby. 

To start I would like to place a few points about the aims we have for the coaching of these youngsters in order of priority; 

1. We must ensure at all times that the players enjoy, and build a love for, rugby
2. We must develop the squad of players into a full team in three years (Under 13’s) in a style of rugby for Medway
3. We must develop the individual strengths/skills/attitude of the players
   

This will be achieved by following the club’s codes of conduct, focusing on being ‘a team’, maintain clear communications and monitor individual players strengths and improvement targets. 

For all current and new players and parents feel free to contact myself regarding any questions you may have on the team’s plans or your individual needs or issues. 

If you are considering joining the club then I welcome you to come and see how great the game of rugby is and the approach this club has to the development of players of all abilities. 

I look forward to seeing everyone for what I hope proves to be a successful and enjoyable year.
