On behalf of Julie and myself can I welcome you to the 2007/2008 Under 9’s season.
A new season and new challenges for us with the transition from tag rugby to contact rugby. I would like to wish every player the best of luck for the season and continue to thank my fellow team officials and parents for their support.
We also look forward to locking horns with many of the other clubs we have encountered over the last few seasons and also wish them the very best of luck this year.
To the players who have decided to leave the squad this season can I thank you for your efforts over the seasons you have been involved with us and hopefully you will continue to play sport.
To any new players joining us this season, you will be joining a very friendly and social squad and we look forward to you becoming part of the team.
Last but by no means least, my thanks to Julie for managing the mountains of paperwork we get through each year and organising the team.
