Gravesend Moles v Medway Old Duffers

Inspired by the success of the mini section teams the Medway Old Duffers, a group of coaches, Dads and friends of the mini section players was formed to represent the club against teams of a similar nature at other clubs.
The team’s debut was against the long established Gravesend Moles. Despite never having played together before the Old Duffers stunned the home side with a 0-14 win in what was a fiercely contested battle of the forwards.
The Old Duffers has established that they are not just a novelty act and look forward to future conquests.
The team for the day comprised of Lee Bruin, Des Ehrich, Graeme Potter, Sam Crene, Ade Bullock, Andy Anderson, Stuart Clark, John Munday, Tony Bourne, Geoff Kempt (2 tries), Justin Hollidge, Peter Rann, Kevin Narborough (2 conversions), Martin O’Brien, Martin Attis, Campbell, Anthony Belsey and Trevor Jefferies.
