Set-up and pack-down are key to making our Medway Mile presence a success. We don't expect anyone to be there all day – if everyone can volunteer a little time, we can share the load and avoid the same people doing all the heavy lifting. Whether you can help for 30 minutes or a few hours, every bit of support makes a difference.
