Medway RFC Colts journeyed down to TJs to play their first fixture of the 2023/24. The first 20 minutes saw the Colts flex their defensive muscles before they moved from defence to offence to take the first points of the game. The squad were aggressive in the tackle, never letting the opposition gain meters. Players looked confident in their roles and the Colts played through the phases. As the match progressed, TJs seemed to offer very little in reply to the pace and intensity of our attack and the score line reflected this. As the final minutes ticked by, the heavens opened and it was a soaked but successful squad that returned victorious to the changing rooms. Well done to the players for a fantastic first performance and thanks to the Colts not selected who came down to support.
