Mixed ability rugby is an inclusive sport, welcoming able bodied players alongside team mates with learning and/or physical disabilities to play adult rugby. Mixed Ability Rugby is about playing rugby, socialising and giving an opportunity for people to challenge themselves. Led by qualified coaches, you’ll be taught the
fundamentals of rugby, in a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment. We’ll build your skills on and off the pitch, slowly building from non-contact to contact rugby in an inclusive team environment.
