Club Membership runs from 1st August until 31st July and is the sum of the Club/Family Membership PLUS any relevant Playing Fees. See the examples below.

Fees are being increased for the 2022-23 season for the first time in 5 years due to the wide increases being incurred with utility and overhead charges. We will be continuing our policy of ‘Don’t Pay – No Play’ and thank you in advance for your support of this policy. Once registered and updated on GMS, members can purchase their club membership online.

How to do this:
Step 1.Login to the GMS, if you have previously used GMS please log in with
your details or if forgotten select forgotten password and you will be
sent a link from GMS. https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/1671
If you do not have a GMS account, please select Create New Account
located under the Login Box.

Step 2. Please check all details are correct, particularly your date of birth and
email address.

Step 3. For Mini and Youth parents ensure all your children are also registered and that their details are correct. This is where, if required medical details are also held, please update if there are changes.

Step 4.
MEMBERSHIP SELECTION
ADULTS PLAYING OR ADULT SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Please select your name on the left side of the screen and select one of the following memberships, the current rates are shown on the membership screen.
o A1 Adult Player Female
o A2 Adult Player Male
o A4 Pay to Play Membership
o VPMS-22-15: VP Membership
o A6 Adult Non-Player Partner
DO NOT CHECKOUT UNTIL ALL FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ADDED TO YOUR BASKET

YOUTH SECTION AND MINI SECTION
As a Parent/Guardian you need to buy membership for the entire family.
Before this point, you should have selected one of the memberships above as the lead member, which will includes the Family
Membership fee. YOU MUST have this selected BEFORE adding any children or partners to your membership.
Select each child and
o C1. Child: Youth or Minis Player U05-U18 for EACH CHILD
o If you have more than one child please purchase additional
Youth or Mini Player memberships IN THE NAME OF the additional child.
o All these different memberships will be added to your basket and appropriate discounts added when all memberships are completed.

PARTNER/SPOUSE PLAYING OR NON-PLAYING MEMBERSHIP
Select - A7 Adult Non-playing Partner

500 CLUB
You can also select to join our 500 Club Draw, the available entries are all listed under 500 Club membership, just add it to your basket.
When you have selected all the memberships you wish to purchase check everyone in your group who needs membership has a green basket on their name.
At this point you need to select if you want to PAY IN FULL or PAY IN
INSTALLMENTS : Please tick the appropriate circle

Instalments/In full by a DIRECT DEBIT enter your bank details on the right hand side of the screen or confirm they have not changed.
In Full using a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD enter your card details on the right hand side of the screen. and click on Pay Now.

On completion - CLICK FINISH
You will receive an email confirming payment and Direct Debit agreement if selected.

The fees shown on GMS are current. Fee increases are discussed and voted on at the club AGM towards the end of each season. If you find it difficult to pay the amounts or you need to request a change in your membership throughout the season, please feel free to discuss this with your Team Manager.
