3. SmartCards


MRFC SmartCards entitle members to a 10% discount at the Buxton Grill and Bar on non-promotional offers. It does not entitle members to a discount at the Shop, however the Shop also runs promotional offers from time to time.

You can top up your SmartCard as follows:

At the club by cash or debit/credit card at any of the 3 tills:

The replacement of any lost cards is at a nominal cost of £10 each, To report a lost card - Please contact your Team Manager

  • The cost will be deducted from your SmartCard balance before posting.
  • The Membership Secretary will post these to the lead family member at their residential address as listed in GMS.

The replacement of any damaged cards is free of charge once returned to the bar, these will be passed onto the relevant person and a new card issued along with any existing balance held .
All new cards will be kept in a secure location, we ask that you provide relevant identification to release them to you.
